Your older children will get an opportunity to teach younger students. This is a practice from the medical industry called “See one, do one, teach one”. First the teacher teaches the student a skill. Then the student gets hands-on experience doing the skill with guidance and help from the teacher. Finally with guidance from the teacher, the student teaches the skill another student.
